Have you been looking everywhere for happiness? Searching for satisfaction in places where you know deep inside your heart, will still leave you empty?
By the grace of God, He has proven that no amount of validation from other people, no vice nor material things can ever satiate our need to find happiness. If we choose to continue to walk with Him and grow in knowledge of Him, we will have that discernment to identify the temporary and mediocre "happiness" that the world offers, and the lasting joy that only Jesus can provide. Which one would you choose?
I pray that you would choose the joy in Jesus. The joy that transcends beyond our circumstances and our state of mind and heart. "No one will take away your joy." - John 16:22-
