How do you wait on the Lord?
More than half of our waking hours, we spend on waiting. We wait for the result of a medical examination, we wait for the delivery guy to show up on our doorstep, we wait for that job offer. And although waiting is inevitable, nobody likes it. In a world where everything can be acquired in one click, it is hard for us to count hours, days or even years to finally get ahold of what we are waiting for. But how do we develop an attitude of waiting on the Lord? If we have been fervently praying for something for a long time, how can we keep on holding on to His promises?
